CANCELLATION POLICY:

La Reserve Management is aware that unforeseen circumstances can cause travel plans to be changed or canceled unexpectedly.  Consequently, if travel plans change, it is important that we receive sufficient advanced notice of cancellation so that we can offer these accommodations to other potential guests. 

72-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
At Least 72-Hour Advanced Notice of Cancellation is Required.  In the event we receive LESS than the above specified required cancellation notice, guests will be charged for one night room rate.

7-DAY CANCELLATION POLICY:

GROUP BOOKINGS - For bookings of 3 rooms or more -  A 7-Day Notice of Cancellation is required. In the event we receive LESS than the above specified required cancellation notice, guests will be charged for one night room rate for each room.

MAJOR HOLIDAYS - Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Presidents weekend, Independence Day, and Labor Day. a 7-Day Notice of Cancellation is Required.  In the event we receive LESS than the above specified required cancellation notice, guests will be charged for one night room rate for each room.

GRADUATION WEEK - A 7-Day Notice of Cancellation is Required. In the event we receive LESS than the above specified required cancellation notice, guests will be charged for one night room rate for each room.

ROMANCE PACKAGE - A 7-Day Notice of Cancellation is Required. In the event we receive LESS than the above specified required cancellation notice, guests will be charged for one night room rate for each room.

EXTENDED STAYS - A 7-Day Notice of Cancellation is Required. In the event we receive LESS than the above specified required cancellation notice, guests will be charged for one night room rate

OTHER CANCELLATION POLICIES:

WEDDING & SPECIAL GROUP BOOKINGS - are bound by a negotiated contract.

NO SHOW - In order for a reservation cancellation to be recognized, it is the responsibility of the canceler to attain a cancellation confirmation email.  If you have not received a cancellation email within 24 hours of canceling, please call La Reserve reservations to make sure that your email is correct.  Without the proof of a cancellation email, a ‘NO SHOW’ will be charged the cancellation fee of one night’s room rate.

EARLY DEPARTURE - falls within our cancellation policy and a fee may be charged. If you cancel a reservation that you RESERVED within 72 hours of the check-in, there will be a cancellation fee of one night room rate.
